Preview draft. This notice describes the site as it is now. It will be reviewed and updated before launch, and before any newsletter, analytics or affiliate tracking is switched on.

What we collect today

Nothing. This preview has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking scripts and no live forms. The only script is the one that loads the weather forecast on destination guides. The newsletter form is disabled.

Live weather forecasts

Destination guides show a “This week in…” forecast. Your browser asks our own server for the forecast for that destination, and our server fetches it from MET Norway. We only send MET Norway the destination’s coordinates, never anything about you, and we don’t log or store these requests.

Links to other sites

Links to retailers, airlines and sources take you to their websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Before launch

If we add a newsletter provider, analytics or affiliate tracking, this page will name each provider, explain what it collects and why, and say how to opt out, in line with UK GDPR and PECR.
